Refund and Returns Policy

  3. The product must be handed over or shipped back within 3–5 days of return approval.

 

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection.
  • Inspection usually takes 2–3 business days after receipt.

 

Refund Timeline

  • After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within the 14-day return window, subject to product and size availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
